INCORRECT LOTTO MAX AD PUBLISHED IN TORONTO STAR
November 23, 2012
Toronto, ON:
The LOTTO MAX draw for Friday November 23, 2012 is for a main jackpot of $50 million (est.) plus an estimated 2 MAXMILLIONS draws of $1 million each.
Customers should be aware that an incorrect LOTTO MAX ad appeared in today’s Toronto Star newspaper. The small ad in the top right-hand corner of the Toronto Star front page today incorrectly states tonight’s LOTTO MAX draw as offering an estimated 50 MAXMILLIONS when it should have read as offering an estimated 2 MAXMILLIONS.
We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. The LOTTO MAX ad that appeared in yesterday’s edition of the Toronto Star was correct. At any time, customers can check draw information at retailers, by going to OLG.ca/Lotteries, or by calling our toll-free customer line at 1-800-387-0098.
OLG is a provincial agency responsible for province-wide lottery games and gaming facilities. Since 1975, OLG lotteries, casinos, slots, and resort casinos have generated more than $36 billion for the benefit of the Province of Ontario. Gaming proceeds support Ontario's hospitals, amateur sport, recreational and cultural activities, communities, provincial priority programs such as health care and education, and local and provincial charities and non-profit organizations through the Ontario Trillium Foundation.
