OLG SLOTS AT FLAMBORO DOWNS THANKS THE CITY OF HAMILTON FOR 10 GREAT YEARS

“Since the opening of OLG Slots at Flamboro Downs ten years ago, OLG has enjoyed a strong community partnership with the City of Hamilton and its residents,” said Larry Flynn, Senior Vice President, Gaming. “We’re proud that through this partnership, the City of Hamilton has been able to support important local programs and initiatives, and we look forward to many more successful years serving this community and providing great entertainment.”
As the host community for OLG Slots at Flamboro Downs, the City of Hamilton has received more than $44.2 million in non-tax gaming revenue since the facility opened.
Mayor Fred Eisenberger states, "OLG Slots at Flamboro Downs has been a great partner with Dundas and the Hamilton region over the last 10 years. We continue to enjoy an excellent working relationship and we are thankful for the many contributions they have made to the Hamilton-Wentworth community. Congratulations!"
OLG Slots at Flamboro Downs is owned, operated and managed by OLG and has created 222 jobs. The facility offers approximately 800 slot machines and has attracted more than 13.8 million visitors since opening.
“The Flamboro area is thankful for the economic impact that OLG Slots and Flamboro Downs has had on this region, and we look forward to a continued partnership through the years,” said Ancaster-Dundas-Flamborough-Westdale MPP Ted McMeekin.
OLG has also been a proud community sponsor of events such as the Burlington Sound of Music Festival, Winona Peach Festival, Locke Street Festival and the Hamilton Waterfront Wingfest.

Since 1975, OLG lotteries, Casinos, Slots, and Resort Casinos have generated more than $32 billion for the benefit of the Province of Ontario.
