INTERIM SENIOR FINANCIAL ADVISOR JOINS OLG

Toronto: Preet Dhindsa joins the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) today as Senior Financial Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors. Mr. Dhindsa has been seconded to OLG on an interim basis from Deloitte, one of Canada’s premier professional services firms.

In his role as Senior Financial Advisor, he will assume many of the day-to-day duties of the Chief Financial Officer function in OLG, and will report to the CEO. He will assist OLG with the financial aspects of its operations including budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, and financial governance and compliance.

During this interim period, OLG’s Procurement and Administration groups will report directly to the CEO.

Mr. Dhindsa is a chartered accountant, working as an Associate Partner with Deloitte. He brings over 20 years of financial and executive experience to this interim role and has a demonstrated track record of managing successful teams and delivering results.

OLG will undertake a comprehensive and competitive search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
